Would military ettiquette misuse of my husband enlisted rank in our wedding invitation?

My husband and I are renewing our vows wedding this spring in a military ceremony in a church calendar. my husband is one of the united states navy e6. he next spring pin head. From what I read, usually enlisted personnel not accustomed to using his rank in the wedding invitations. I would use my position as I believe that spouses have earned that right and we are also hosts for the wedding instead of our parents. ettiquette would be wrong to include this information. we will invite other officer and some heads. Most likely not will aid officers. I would appreciate your honest opinions and responses of active duty personnel or both spouses are enrolled and discharged. No please answer if is the member of the military or have no firsthand knowledge.

San Antonio, Texas, site of wedding.?

Ok so my sis is getting married next Sunday. June 4. Yeah I know eh short term. Nothing scheduled so we have reservations with the minister. She has a budget of no more than $ 500 and the minister has already had 85 of the same. We were thinking of marriage on the island by the Paseo del Rio, but for 30 minutes which costs $ 200 and that doesn't include anything. So someone could give ideas on where we could hold the wedding. Oh, it will be the bride, groom, parents of the bride and my husband and me. Very small intimate wedding. Neither is affiliated with a church, so it is something outside what we are looking for. Someone knows something about the market place, the island bed, sunken garden, botanical garden in San Antonio?
