Let's explore the world of television in their recreational vehicle (RV), and discuss the options that are available to receive services. Its not RV parents any more, things have definitely gone high tech on television.

The living room will definitely be in your RV equipped with the latest in television technology, like home. You can expect that large, high definition, flat screen TV inside the new recreational vehicles on the market. Surround sound systems to enhance the viewing experience is also generally available. You will not have a screen 60 inches in the RV as you may have in your house, but will be more than large enough for the smallest space in the RV. RVs usually have two televisions, and may be configured to do either the same or different channels on two televisions.

There are three ways you can receive a TV signal into your RV.

 • Satellite
You can use a satellite dish with a subscription service provider. With satellite service, while traveling at about 100 miles from the center of its service area, you will miss receiving their local network channels, ie, CBS, NBC, ABC and FOX. The loss of local channels is due to leave the footprint of the satellite that serves your home area. When installed in a new area with the RV, you can call your satellite provider and to change the place of origin in order to receive the network channels in its current location. There are a couple of alternative types of satellite dish to consider.

1. A dish can be mounted on the roof of the RV. A roof mounted dish could be self-adjustment, which means that automatically locate the satellite when activated. Some self-adjustment of the dishes are also what is known as the plates move. The movement in the plates will monitor the satellite, while the RV is moving, allowing passengers to watch television during a trip. A roof mounted dish also can be self-adjustment, which would have to manually adjust the dish to set a satellite connection.

2. A dish can be portable and sit on the floor beside the RV. A portable antenna gives you flexibility in where they are placed, trees so that blocking can be avoided. Once again, a dish of laptops have to be self-adjusted to the point where the satellite. You can view the page Web service provider to find the coordinate setup for the dish on the zip code of where it currently is.

 • Cable
Cable TV reception is clearly not always available when you are camping with the RV. To get cable TV, will to be in a trailer park that offers cable TV. Always have a connector cable to connect the hand cable system to your RV park.

 • Antenna
RVs are equipped with a crank up the antenna for the reception of the channels through free radio waves. You need a converter box now digital if you use this method of television reception. This is a good option to receive local channels in your area today.

Time Wanner cable (Bright House Networks) to eliminate FOX, is it true?

Come on, Time Warner … seriously?! Retention of a broadcast network important in their programming? Are you trying to drive subscribers away en masse? TW and gouge customers for making the offer and if it does drop and FOX affiliate channels, then I see no reason to continue subscribing. I am sick and tired of pretending that their future TW customer refusing to pay "outrageous" fees to provide programming to their subscribers want when they are simply strong arm customers to accept ever higher fees for their services of poor quality. If I wake up New Year's Day to any FOX, my subscription to Bright House will lapse at the end of the day. Verzion, here I come!

You got it all wrong. TWC is not hiding anything, they want FOX. It's Fox, who has decided that TWC must pay $ 1 per subscriber, that is outrageous (a fair price would be 50 cents) and TWC, will not give the greedy Fox obviously does not care about their viewers.

I keep hearing about (NBC), network affiliates, who are they?

The network affiliates in anger / Leno Conan Snafu. Who exactly are they?

Affiliates are local stations. NBC has branches in many cities around the country. As to what exactly they are unhappy is a mystery to me.

U.S. may digital subchannels to carry a cable network programming?

for example, can lead to an affiliate of ABC ABC Family programming in its digital subchannels? or NBC / USA, etc …

I guess we're talking digital TV transmission. Physically capable? Yes Will well? Probably not. They like the revenue generated by cable companies subscriptions. TV broadcast market is quite difficult. The Tube (created by someone who pioneered music television) tried for a while, but it was probably started before that should have been, before the digital switch. If they had waited until the Americans were forced to have a digital conversion box of the audience may have been better and may have survived. But the number of digital subchannels that have gone down scares the investors and stakeholders. Maybe if you started a letter campaign can drum up interest enough to make someone take notice. Another thing to consider is that the cable channels do not have as many restrictions on them as transmission channels with respect to language and nudity. However, the programming has not really mentioned suffer from that sort of thing.
