Why I can not enter the members area Pro Zox?

I bought this brain Zox Pro management system on Wednesday and got use an ID so I could access the members area. But I keep getting an error page. I emailed through ClickBank and told me to wait two days for a response from the seller. I even sent an email to support Zox Pro But so far no one has responded to me and The members area is still not working. What should I do? Does anyone know what happened to the members area?
