The FOX affiliate in Atlanta reports that Chris Benoit family home in Fayetteville, Georgia is now on sale. His former residence in nearby Peachtree City is also for sale, and is one of the estate assets. Benoit property issues was completed last week, although details have not been disclosed. Knowing how the murders occurred there, would you buy the house if it was a bargain price? Believers in the paranormal will tell you that the ghost tour the house.

As a big fan of Chris Benoit as I could not buy the house knowing that people were killed in it. His former residence is another story. If I lived in that area, the price was right, and I could afford it, clear. I buy it.
