What should I do when I meet him first?

I've been talking to a guy who goes to school affiliated with my school. Added on facebook and I started talking to me. We hit it off during the last 3 weeks, and I think I like it. He is soo super duper sweet. (: It's so beautiful. But next week, both at our school is going to an amusement park before our graduation week. Some of my friends know him as football games and choir things. And he really wants to meet me, like me, but what I do when my friends drag me to it? Not to sound stupid and say "Hi" but I think it is embracing off-limits. What should I do? We're both 14 by the road.
