How I can establish a relationship between two companies?

I want to establish a relationship between two companies, one company and a subsidiary or affiliate. Is there a reference site where you can download free forms or documents containing agreement relationship?

Because the term is used "Business", I guess the parent company is actually incorporated. Unless the subsidiary's subsidiary has also been incorporated, you need not make any important document. One way to accomplish this is to make the subsidiary of a "dba" (which means "Doing Business As) business. Is, Mother of the ABC, DBA Name affiliates. A simple resolution of a meeting of the Board is all you need to do this. If the subsidiary or affiliate is incorporated, you can easily combine companies, but must do so through the office of Secretary of State in the state of incorporation. If none of your business is incorporated (but are companies or companies) that is as simple as the books have merged, while the two names can still be used.
