How to get into Johns Hopkins?!?

I live in Texas, but Johns Hopkins is my best option. I went to a horrible public school ninth and 10 th grade and now go to school online through the University of Texas, and I have all A's. I'm working my rear end early and I'm preparing for the SAT and ACT. This year I got involved with the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer and inspired me to fight even harder to find a cure. I went to Washington to volunteer for breast cancer walk there and Johns Hopkins, is a subsidiary enormous. I have had no college counseling, so I'm not sure what I have to do so any advice is greatly appreciated. My goal is to go to Med School and find a cure for breast cancer. Please give me any advice I can. raised $ 1800 for the Houston walk and I will raise at least another $ 1800 for the Charlotte, North Carolina on foot.
