These days you can find all kinds of fitness programs in books, sports magazines, and even the Internet, but no more than five good programs available for divers and four out of five are almost the same, the routines are very similar.

After making a serious investigation into what that might be the best compliance program for a diver, I found CrossFit and I think is best. Why?
