Human beings are naturally impatient, and this extends even to the search for a hard body. Many are asking how to build muscle quickly and, indeed, there are some solid tips that you can follow to get yourself the results within weeks.

First, eat well and avoid excess carbohydrates. Proteins and fats are the key to building muscle quickly. When running, the muscle fibers are "damage" very slightly. When you feel sore, is an indication of what they have done some of the damage "." Protein helps repair the fibers and in doing so, they you loose.

Protein is essential if you want to know how to build muscle quickly. My recommendation is to treat the variety of shakes out there and the best consist of whey protein.

Second, be sure to get a good workout. There is no sense in doing repetitions of forty or fifty years – this is a sure way of not learning to build muscle quickly. You will soon after a matter of weeks, when you do not build any muscle at all!

The key to effective training is carried out around eight to twelve repetitions per set. And when the repetition final in all, it must be able to do another. You must be at failure and utterly incapable of doing another. If you can, then you simply do not use enough weight and the need of increasing it. This is the most effective way of working with weights and give the fastest growth in muscle tissue.

Finally, the motivation is very important. Diet and exercise are the key to learning to build muscle quickly, but can not do anything about that unless you have the right motivation. Sure your head is in first gear. Ask yourself – Why do you want to build muscle. If it is simply to get a girl, forget it!

But if you want to improve their health, both in body and mind, or decide she's tired of being weak, like confidence and a better outlook on life – all these are excellent reasons to learn how to build muscle quickly.

These days you can find all kinds of fitness programs in books, sports magazines, and even the Internet, but no more than five good programs available for divers and four out of five are almost the same, the routines are very similar.

After making a serious investigation into what that might be the best compliance program for a diver, I found CrossFit and I think is best. Why? As defined in its Web site, CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. This program is used to train police and military departments around the world, what is more interesting, I also found that the Navy Seals use this program as a major fitness programs for their divers.

I started my research for fitness of some specialized programs in the abdominal area, because I believe the abdominal muscles are key to practice any sport at a decent level, but after reading all the information on the CrossFit program I think I was dead wrong in trying to isolate the abdominals in the rest of the body. The human body is a impressive structure of interconnected systems, so why try to train only isolated areas of the body. You will find that most fitness programs for divers divide the exercises in the upper body, lower body and abdominals, the majority of authors books on diving fitness suggests that such routines.

CrossFit is a program that will surely help any diver to reach a physical level by above average, it is not a specialized or focused fitness program, I think it will be easy to continue with the program, it is not the same routine week after week. Normally most of us begin new routines with all the enthusiasm in the world, but (here comes the big but) in the same way that the week of eating the same food each day, or going to be boring at some point, fitness routines are not very interesting after a few weeks of it.

CrossFit offers a surprising combination of exercises designed to improve the condition of your body in ten different areas: cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

Like a diver in good shape you will reduce the air (or mixture) consumption, increase his strength back, minimize or eliminate the cramping in the feet and calves, and also really enjoy their time scuba dive.

As a final note, I am not affiliated in any way with CrossFit, I found that this is a select group of people who are getting all the benefits of this program physics, and just want to spread the word.
