Need something new to listen to rappers ….?

It has been several months since I dug the new music and my library is getting a little stale. I'm looking for some new music to listen to. I'm looking for rappers, but I am ready for all RECs. My favorite rappers consist of anything Wu-Tang affiliate, the future something strange affiliates, and Sage Francis, Aesop Rock, and Mos Def. A friend of mine suggested I start a blog and be a web developer. What is a fair division of profits?

I have no idea how long it takes to write a blog against the establishment, maintenance, and modify it (keep the pace of implementation and the latest advances in Internet technology and blogosphere). My friend says he has 10 years experience with web development and can provide all Internet marketing, electronic commerce, the optimization blogs, search engines, web application development, social networks, optimizing social media, graphic design, interface design, copywriting, etc. "He proposed to divide the revenue from the ads, affiliate links, 50/50 etc and let me keep the 100% of the benefits I get from references to my private consulting business, but feels too high 50/50. What do you think is a reasonable percentage fraction of benefits? Would you recommend benefits division, or have some other business model (flat fee, hourly, etc)? And any suggestions on how to shape preset purchase agreement if you decide to split ways in the future to maintain the site?
