So if a designer in Boston broadcast a year ago?

I have a job interview with a CBS affiliate and was wondering what to look at wage measure. I currently work in a small market as art director graphic designer would be under the artistic director. I'm a little less 40-k now

I am a Broadcast Design in New York. I am of the NBC, but I've worked for CBS in New York as well. If you have some experience under their belt I would say that to have a personal position of not less than 50k. Independent, should not be less than $ 30 per hour. I'm doing a little over 60k, and that is 4 years in the television industry and feel that is too low (but not all?)
