How I can establish a relationship between two companies?
I want to establish a relationship between two companies, one company and a subsidiary or affiliate. Is there a reference site where you can download free forms or documents containing agreement relationship?
Because the term is used "Business", I guess the parent company is actually incorporated. Unless the subsidiary's subsidiary has also been incorporated, you need not make any important document. One way to accomplish this is to make the subsidiary of a "dba" (which means "Doing Business As) business. Is, Mother of the ABC, DBA Name affiliates. A simple resolution of a meeting of the Board is all you need to do this. If the subsidiary or affiliate is incorporated, you can easily combine companies, but must do so through the office of Secretary of State in the state of incorporation. If none of your business is incorporated (but are companies or companies) that is as simple as the books have merged, while the two names can still be used. Threat of substitute products or services is high when there are many alternative products. This is different with many suppliers. Other alternatives may be the sharing of brand names, replacing the capabilities of the credit card, and look better the values of cheaper sources. The Internet allows this with the "global economy". I replace my product by buying companies overseas where labor, services and products are most cheap, but of comparable quality.
Threat of new entrants is high when it is easy for new competition to enter the market. Well, what have we been talking? Now, the operations of small businesses may open a store with less than $ 10.00 per month and do a lot of money. As inventive as people, there is always opportunities to improve a product or service, or simply create and sell something new. Recently many new entrants have made it more money ebooks authoring to tell others how to do what they did. The rivalry among competitors is high when competition is most intense in industries.

What to do when tanning salon does not cancel the membership?
I joined a room in a month to month membership. This is a "pay as you go" okay, not a bank transfer. In other words, I did not sign a contract obligations to pay a fee each month. When I enrolled in this room, took the number of my debit card for when choosing a month's wages the value of membership, can be taken directly from my account. Well, I've decided to cancel my account. I went to the hairdresser and told me I have to call a freephone number, which I learned is to check its affiliate Acceptance Corp. I called three times already, and there are a different excuse as to why I can not access my account to cancel. The person in the room told me I should not be a problem, if not I will renew my membership this month, not to bill my account. But I do not trust them and want to make sure they can not bill me. If I get a debit card different from my bank, the lounge can still withdraw money from my account?
