Evangelical Reformed Presbyterian and free?

Hello, I'm back in the midst of choosing a college to go and need some advice. I grew up in the Church Evangelical Free Church all my life and I'm pretty happy with it. But now I'm going to college soon and I have to choose a university. Only one Evangelical Church Free from America and not want to go not for personal reasons. So I am forced to choose another school, that is not free gospel. I am seriously looking at a university in Georgia, which is affiliated with the Presbyterian Church of America. Can anyone tell me where theses two different names? I would greatly appreciate it.
