What affiliate programs can use to build my bottom line?

Recently joined a legitimate MLM opportunity after years of selection by other "opportunities" and pyramid scams, I finally found one that is right for me. Most of the books now, as Robert Allen Multiple Streams of Income and Trump and the books of state Kiyosakis MLM is the way forward, but not tell you how to build it. I want to build my network with the online community because I believe that is the best place for the network. I'm looking for affiliates and / or affiliate programs that can help me in building my business. I do not want to pay for martketing affiliate.

Recipe plagiarism?

I have a blog that I've been working for a while. I have my mother's recipes that have been "communicated" with no source I have recipes from friends, cookbooks and online. All the recipes I tried, and even have photos. The recipes I found online, I have located the source and includes a link to the website. I have also done the same if it came from a cookbook. I am not charging for these recipes, but I have Google AdSense and other affiliate links on my site. I've seen other people do the same with their blogs. Is this plagiarism? I am NOT trying to pass out recipes like mine. What we really are committed recipe plagiarism? I'm sure there are thousands of the stew, chili, recipes for cookies, cakes, etc., around. I'm sure at some point someone's grandmother has a recipe biscuit out of a box, added some vanilla and said it was his family secret. I saw a site where they list the ingredients and directions verbatim. Thank you.
