What is my best option?

Hello I am venturing into the world of marketing as an owner of an affiliate product (Clickbank) and wanted a advice please. I have considered blogging as a means to promote my products. However, I realize that and so on blogger.com blog.com may consider this a form of spam. I have the knowledge needed to configure my own website as a blog type site. Nor can I allow at this stage, to hire a web designer. I'm thinking buy a domain name, hosting, space etc but need advice on what would be best for my needs? I need the following: – A package that has some easy installation type build so you can simply build the site itself. – A website that has many pages to my blog, upload images, etc, in fact, is blogger.com the same subject provides for its bloggers. – A package without restrictions so you can blog away from publicity while my products as and when deemed appropriate.
