As people seek information online, using a series of words, what is known as keywords, to find the information they are seeking. The words Keywords are the core of any market research conducted by an owner of an online business. As groups of Yellow Pages Directory listings by category such as "body shops" in the "auto repair" category, search engines like Google and Yahoo by type keywords so that body shops are in the "body shop" in its database.

To find online in your target market, you need vision about the terms used to search for a business like yours. The quickest way to obtain that vision is through conducting research on potential keywords they use. However, many of my clients do keyword research and lose only very basic many keywords, it does not really delve into the problems and needs of your target market, which contain key, key themes that can use rich are online.

Here are 7 secrets for a successful campaign keyword research:

1. Define your target or subject of interest. Use 1-2 words to describe your topic. In this case, say that our interest is the pest control companies because they're trying to target the owners of this type of company.

2. Define synonyms for your topic area. Use an online thesaurus or sets of Google to help brainstorm synonyms for the topic. In this example, terms Similar to the pest control companies could exterminate business, rodent control, insect control business of insects, and pest control company.

3. Use the "how" to help identify problems in their subject area. When people search online, they are often seeking answers to their problems and seek answers to these problems by asking "how". I use Google's free keyword tool to help define some of the problems of a pest control company. I connect to the synonyms of brainstorming in step 2 to help me get to this list. In this case, more questions common could be things like how to make one of the following in a pest control company: initiation, growth, train employees, find employees, market, advertising services, pricing, bill customers, supply contracts, purchase, insure, find supplies, and writing a business plan.

4. Register the terms of the action. Consider the terms of action that were used in this example – starting, purchasing, increasingly, marketing, training, advertising, billing, procurement, etc. These are terms that people use to help solve the problems they have with their control companies pests. Create a list for each of these terms and brainstorm synonyms for those words, too.

5. Group and research. Now, returns to its keyword tool and enter the end of the action combined with its full purpose and see what people are interested in this subject are really searching. For example, the term "how to start a pest control business," you would see results such as mosquito control, pest control electronic ant extermination, roach extermination, how to kill fleas, software, pest control, pest control license, etc. Organize the words key groups according to the problem solved or the measures taken.

6. Count the search. For the largest clusters in groups and counting searches in the terms in the groups. A large group with lots of searches with initial conditions in which they want to focus. However, do not overlook the groups with Search smaller, because many times they contain keywords that are less competitive and therefore easier for you to use to climb to the top search engines, instead of being one of the millions who compete for a very competitive. These keywords with smaller searches are known as "long tail keywords", and I think the traffic you get from high rankings on many long tail keyword is equivalent to y faster and more easy to achieve to enter the contest very competitive keywords.

7. Use keywords. With this option you can write articles on these topics, blog entries about these topics, upload web pages on these topics, updating the meta tags on your web pages, make video podcast on these issues, create information products, written pay-per-click campaigns, and designing adverts, to name just some of the uses for this research.

Has carried out thorough investigations of keywords for your target market? If not, you may miss key opportunities for your target market to find online. Set aside 2-3 hours a day and discover all the other options available to help your target market to solve their problems.
