Lets review the ACN opportunity to determine whether it is a scam, a pyramid scheme or even fraud.

American Communications Network ACN means and is an international telecom provider. His career began in 1993 and now operates in 18 countries on 3 continents with millions of customers.

As for the opportunity to ACN business is an MLM or Multi Level Marketing structure and paying agents to bring new people into the business below them and the services sold.

ACN is quite insistent that new customers be known personally by the seller and discourages its vendors to operate in a cold market. A hot market would be the family, friends and anyone who knows the seller will give them the time needed to produce the products.

This practice is not uncommon in other companies MLM, but appears to be more strongly enforced in ACN.They also prefer not find customers through means as public meetings, media by advertisement or material not created by ACN.

ACN has faced accusations that they are a pyramid scheme and that more money is generated by the new "representatives" fee. They have had legal problems in Australia and Canada in relation to these charges, but were never convicted.

It is something you telecommunications are interested, ACN can be an attractive opportunity. Others may Lok for a company with a history cleaner courts and more comprehensive training and program development.

It is up to you to determine whether this is the perfect opportunity for you and if you can see yourself in your operating system.
