If someone is starting an online store, how much is the average rate for a credit card processor? Thanks?

That could have wrong name. When I say card processor, I mean companies like Google Checkout, 2CO, Clickbank, etc, the people needed to treat their customers credit cards. I think another name for them is the merchant account. I ask this question I have heard only BCZ can cost thousands to set up, and yet I have heard that not as expensive. For example, I've seen from Google is only $ 50 to set then couple of cents out of every item sold. So I want to know is that thousands once or no. Thank you.
