The University is a rich resource affiliate marketing training affiliate with more than 35,000 members.

In September 2009 the site went An update for the third time since its launch in 2007, Platinum members now called rich instead of just adding a v.3.

Here is my opinion with ideas about the new interface and new tools and I quote what positive / negative.

1 – New Interface

The new interface looks very clean. As before having the option to customize your desktop. The new design is definitely an improvement in terms of organization, which now have a main menu bar on top, access to all important parts of the site. A perfect complement is the "bookmark" feature that makes the site a little similar to Facebook.

2 – Sites loading speed and user experience

What is a major improvement is the speed of loading of the sites. I always thought wealthy affiliate hosting provider can do more and change GoDaddy much improved accommodation for this. The user experience is much improved.

3 – Resources Learning

Learning resources are now completely different organizations. All resources and tutorials are now centralized in a "Training Center" with the following modules:

– First steps
– Article Marketing – E-mail Marketing
– Research and Market Niches
– Pay-per-click marketing
– Various
– Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
– WA System Tutorials
– Website Development
– Hosting (as part of membership)
– And the courses accreditation for article marketing and pay per click marketing that are not party members.

4 – New Tools

The new tool worth mentioning here is the new keyword tool that analyzes a keyword and its commercial value if it can be used for article or PPC marketing. You can also spy on AdWords competition for that keyword or delve into the right keyword in the KW-tool.

The second tool is the ready made niche reports NicheQ. At present there are 8 niches in detail the available reports and more niches will be added. You get all data to industry and consumers, gives disposition of the member, and PLR material. You save weeks in this research.

The sectors covered are of pets, Golf, shares / trade, insurance, Dating, gaming, VOIP and hosting.

The other tools such as accommodation websites, the cloaker link, ClickBank research tool and website builder are the same before the upgrade, so do not enter into details here.

5 – The Forum

Soon there will be a reorganization and more detailed sub-forums added. Thousands of posts to show real step step tutorials campaign, where you can track the improvements. Actual examples where you can learn how a marketing mentality should be similar.

6 – The cost

The cost of rich members will remain the same at $ 39/month. This is one of the lowest bids online and a very fair value for what you get. There is an option to pay all year, offering a discount of 25%.

Especially the new organized "Training Center helps me with my work and make it easier to find what I need. Then the new keyword tool and the forum is my favorite.

The web hosting is still limited. The accommodation has some limitations on the number of sites, discspace and bandwidth. I have several sites and do not use WA accommodation today. For beginners is fine, and is included in the membership fee. Through marketing of this part is useless. There should be more flexibility and an upgrade option for people who want to use more housing.

The SiteRubix site builder has not evolved. Okay for beginners, but not very useful for an intermediate or advanced marketing. A simple build review sites but if you want to make more complex sites, then this tool can not help much. I recommend getting your feet wet with software such as Kompozer, where you learn how to create sites with a tool that can use outside the Partners also rich.

Conclusion:

Who likes to make money online need first priority of a good knowledge on internet marketing, affiliate marketing specifically. You need to have a good foundation. That's not unlike any other skills you need to learn.

Internet Marketing has to be learned and you need a good resource, time management and a firm commitment. The marketing opportunity Internet is huge and the best part, not dependent on their previous occupation, age, sex or race, and the more experience the better.

In short, I always recommend to invest in training, so that you understand what to do.
