The difference is subtle … rather than an increase of 40% on that day, there was an increase of 46% but the long-term outcome is huge in terms of revenue.

Every day I get up and just work on making improvements. If you've ever seen the movie, "What about Bob," you probably remember "baby steps". That was my mantra.
