If depends on how you count. In other words, 99.9% can be accurate because everyone spams duplication of some of many people. Jobs are not legitimate if on-line, but with much "noise" is very hard to find. If you see a spam sent 100 times to 15 different on-line "work" of just 10 people, who can count to 100 posts and 15 posts and 10 posts?
