If I'm streaming music hosting and a link to iTunes, what are the legal issues?

I have integrated a system that allows streaming mode audio and video. Now I am an authorized affiliate partner with iTunes. I just want to know if I can get as 5,000 songs on my site, and allow the public hearing. Alongside the audio allows you to click and buy the song directly from iTunes.

You will be sued, unless you pay the stamp of 12 cents each time the current someone a song from their site.
