How can I get my money?

I am a small business contractor, and have completed a contract to a firm of property management, who have paid half of the work that has been 100% completed 4 months ago I had to find to get the check for the balance of the half, and recovered 19 days after I received! They have since been withdrawn from the project and a new management company is responsible ownership of all businesses affiliated with the project, however this has left my business account in arrears more than $ 5000.00 I have missed my payroll employees are leaving me to do that! And I have no income to cover this place! pls answers comments are welcome!
