How do I stop the annoying Yahoo toolbar?

I started with a Prodigy account for over 20 years and later forced me to change my email address to a subsidiary of Yahoo number. I have recently moved, and SBC / Yahoo DSL does not offer here. Now I have been forced to change my e-mail address again! In the meantime, I still want to continue with my start up page and Yahoo instant messaging, however, each time I try to get that damn "toolbar" to block my view on the screen, it keeps coming back. I have tried to "see", "bar tools, and disabling the Yahoo (along with the "blocking"), but it's like a recurring nightmare is not necessary … Make it stop !!!!!!

"Control Panel", "Add or Remove Programs" Search at or near the bottom of the list, uninstall it. In addition, free install Yahoo email account and go with you no matter what Internet provider you use. I've had mine for over a decade.
