Web domain hosting / HTML and image hosting?

I'm considering buying a dot com. (No I mean the blatant advertising or nothing) When they say they offer unlimited traffic. I just want to have all my old HTML code and banners to my account here at Geocities Yahoo to buy a domain name. But if anyone knows of a better, cheaper service. Most importantly, if you are not affiliated with this service better and are as follows: biased. Let know?

One.com is a gracious host, who have the cheapest plans. Not much space, but if you do not need more than 3 GB, they are great. Note its price is: The cheapest plan – $ 1.45 * 12 months = $ 17.40 + Domain – $ 13.80 + Fee – $ 13.80 Total $ 45 (or $ 3.75/month) This is even cheaper accommodation and with a solid company as well.
