Impact of tax on fees to start a business?

Hello, I intend to start a business, and instead of starting from scratch I intend passing through a company that provides training, software licensing, including assistance with configuring the integration and access to its owners of other network affiliated to them. The company charges a flat fee for all these services also plan to incorporate (S Corporations) as part of the launch business. My question is: If I pay for the service of my personal funds, is the fixed fee tax deductible? Or it would be better to finance the corporation then pay the fees of corporate funds. I would reduce my taxable income for 2007 if possible. Thanks
